Studies also show that you need 24 calories your body metabolize carbohydrates, whereas only takes 3 to burn fat. So you have to follow? But then diet fitness is not all about losing fat, you also should consider their diet to keep fat away. Research shows that sustainable weight loss can only be achieved with a diet that suits the individual food preferences, lifestyle, medical profile and satiety signals.
Diet programs all may help shed extra kilos, but only one diet can help you stay sexy, and that is what suits him best. Other important aspects of diet fit are moderation, balance and variation.
