Preparation
Lie on your back with your arms straight at the sides (palms face down on the floor). Both legs straight with knees slightly bent.

Movement
Raise your heels of your feet 15 inches tall, then move your legs like scissors to the alternating left and right turns in medium speed until the foot 45-degree angle at the top and a few inches above the floor at the bottom position. The recommended speed is two seconds for a total movement of the foot up and down.
