My sister has been overweight, her body really filled with fat, she does have a hobby of eating. Maybe that’s why she’s getting fat. And because it is, sometimes she felt inferior and ashamed of her friends who have the ideal body weight. Especially when dealing with a man, she feels insecure. And this morning I spoke with my sister, she tells a wonderful story about how she had to lose weight.
One way she did to lose weight is to stop eating too much, but what results she obtained? Nothing at all, all the fat stored in their bodies still remain. This means that the way that she used did not work to reduce fat in the body. Initially, she wanted to lose weight by exercising. Not a bad idea to reduce the fat in the body, but because she is a career woman who is always busy with her work difficult for her to devote so much time to the gym, because losing weight through exercise is a process very time consuming. Of course having body fat, or acne will spoil the beauty and the beauty of a woman. If women have body fat, they will try to lose weight by dieting, or even with exercise.
