And this morning I spoke with my sister, she tells a wonderful story about how she had to lose weight. </p>
<p>One way she did to lose weight is to stop eating too much, but what results she obtained? Nothing at all, all the fat stored in their bodies still remain. This means that the way that she used did not work to reduce fat in the body. Initially, she wanted to lose weight by exercising. Not a bad idea to reduce the fat in the body, but because she is a career woman who is always busy with her work difficult for her to devote so much time to the gym, because losing weight through exercise is a process very time consuming. <span id="more-105"></span></p>
